This unit looks at identity and establishing an opinion. Students will be given the opportunity to debate topics and enhance their skills of expository writing. Students will also use texts to explore themes and techniques used by authors to develop understanding.

There will be a combination of tasks for this unit.The big focus is writing. They will also be writing formally, debating and analysing.
